The Taiko Project
The Taiko project, which is working on creating a second layer network for the Ethereum blockchain, has announced the launch of a promotional campaign with the distribution of TKO tokens. As part of this campaign, users will be able to receive a portion of the 50 million TKO tokens, which make up 5% of the total project assets.
Participating in the Campaign
To participate in the campaign, users need to follow several simple steps. First, they need to visit a special Taiko website dedicated to the promotion and use the «Check eligibility» option to see if they qualify for the bonus. Then, they need to link their crypto wallet and GitHub account. If they meet the criteria, they can apply to receive the tokens. After the launch of the Taito network, which does not have a specific date yet, the TKO tokens will be sent to their crypto wallet.
Improving Ethereum’s Scalability
Taiko is designed to improve the scalability of the Ethereum blockchain. It utilizes ZK-rollups technology, which combines multiple transactions into one batch, significantly increasing processing speed and reducing transaction costs.
